Step 1 Choose a craft from our Project Page. If you have a different idea for a project, email or call us and we will gladly consider your ideas.
Step 2 Contact us with date options, location ideas, requested craft and approximate number of guests. Call us at 816.434.0053, send us an email at caraftegirlz@gmail.com, or use our convenient Contact Form.
Step 3 Once we agree on the date, location, number of guests and craft, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to formally book your party on our calendar. The $50 deposit will be applied to your invoice total. There will be no charge for the host!
Step 4 Once your deposit is received, we will send you invitations you can send via email, social media, or print and mail.
Step 5 We must have the final count of guests confirmed 7 days before your party. This will be the invoice total. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
Step 6 The final amount is due when we arrive to set up your party. We request that payment be made with one check or cash.

Helpful Tips
Think about the maximum number of guests your home/venue can hold and maybe go 1 or 2 over it. If your party is too crowded within your space, your guests won’t have as much fun.
Try to avoid accepting “maybes.” Set a firm date that you need to have an rsvp and require their payment to you by that date.
